As a Product Ops Coach, you will play a strategic role in coaching and mentoring the new Global Product Ops Manager. You will intervene to:
• Personalized coaching: Supporting the manager in taking charge of her responsibilities and optimizing her working methods.
• Process Standardization: Implement and improve product development processes, from ideation to development readiness, by measuring the effectiveness of interactions between teams.
• Implementation of agile tools and methods: Identify and implement the appropriate tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro) and promote best practices in Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Continuous improvement: Structure the Ops function within a global product and engineering team, share feedback and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Organization of product communication: Structure exchanges around deliveries, roadmap, objectives and performance in order to ensure operational consistency.
