JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of a strategic reopening, we are looking for a Lead Developer to support a tech team in its ramp-up. This hybrid role blends technical leadership with individual input on a high-impact product.
Your main responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop the skills of a team of developers
- Structure and evolve the technical stack and best practices
- Actively participate in development (about 50% of the time)
- Collaborate closely with the product and design teams
- Ensure the quality, maintainability, and performance of code in production
- Python (and its web frameworks: Django, FastAPI, ...)
- ReactJS
- PostgreSQL
- NoSQL
- Serverless cloud technology
- Google Cloud
- Excellent mastery of back-end development
- Very good knowledge of modern architectures (APIs, microservices...)
- Strong DevOps culture: CI/CD, observability, security
- Proven experience in coaching or in the role of technical lead
- Pragmatism, rigor, sense of teamwork
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a demanding tech environment
- First successful experience as a Lead Dev or Tech Lead
- Ability to arbitrate, prioritize and support technical choices
- At ease in a startup or scale-up environment
- Autonomous, committed, product and user-oriented
- Full remote possible, with 2 days of face-to-face training/month (transport covered)
