JOB DESCRIPTION
A fast-growing MedTech scale-up is looking for a V&V Hardware Engineer to strengthen its R&D team.
This key position will allow you to participate in the validation of state-of-the-art medical devices used in the monitoring of orthodontic treatments remotely.
YOUR SKILLS- Develop and execute verification and validation plans for devices; design test protocols and oversee their implementation
- Collaborate with product, quality, R&D, and hardware teams
- Document results and ensure compliance with standards (ISO 13485, IEC 60601-1, etc.)
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical and regulatory documentation
- Support internal and supplier audits, and handle non-conformities
- Manage suppliers, coordinate work, and ensure deadlines are met
- Participate in product updates and quality control processes
- Support the industrialization of connected device projects
- Bac+5 or PhD (engineering, master’s, or doctorate) in quality, electronics, or healthcare
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (V&V, hardware, medical devices, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of validation processes and regulatory standards
- Experience in the industrialization of connected devices
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, autonomy, and clear communication
- Fluent in English (C1) and French (C2)
Bonus points if:
- You have initial experience in the field of manufactured equipment or medical devices
- You have hands-on knowledge of the IEC 60601-1 standard for medical electrical equipment, including particular and collateral standards
