How does the remuneration of a recruitment firm like Skill Hunter work?
We offer two distinct compensation models, tailored to your needs:
Permanent recruitment: Our fees are calculated in the form of a commission on the gross annual salary of the recruited candidate. This percentage is agreed in advance and will be invoiced to you at the time of the contract between the candidate and your company, i.e. when the promise of employment is signed.
Freelance Recruitment: We apply a daily margin on the freelancer’s Average Daily Rate (ADR). This margin is transparent and allows you to understand the cost of the service.

What are your average times to find the ideal candidate ?
We are committed to presenting you with the first qualified candidates as soon as possible.
On average, our lead time is:
>1 to 2 weeks for tech profiles on permanent contracts.
>From 48 hours for freelance profiles, thanks to our extensive and responsive network.
>3 to 4 weeks for Executive Search profiles (C-Level, executives, etc.), requiring a more personalized and confidential approach.
These deadlines may vary depending on the complexity of the profile sought and the availability of the targeted candidates.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we are convinced of the quality of our work and are committed to your side to ensure your satisfaction.
>For permanent recruitments: If, in the first 4 months following hiring, the candidate does not meet your expectations, we undertake to replace him free of charge.
>For freelance assignments: We set up a regular follow-up to ensure the quality of the service and guarantee your satisfaction. In case of any problems, we offer you one month’s notice to end the mission at no additional cost.
