As a Senior Java Backend Developer, you will play a key role in the technical transformation of a business partner management system. Your main missions will be :
• Module development : Design and implement new modules in accordance with the Product Owner’s specifications, respecting the priorities defined during the Agile ceremonies.
• Technical Support and Innovation : Accompany the team in making technical decisions, propose ideas to improve the quality and speed of delivery, and ensure the continuous optimization of the solution.
• Maintenance and evolution : Ensure the maintenance of the existing solution and actively participate in its improvement, in particular through the development and optimization of CI/CD/CT pipelines.
• Agile collaboration : Work closely with team members in compliance with Scrum processes, while participating in the rituals and instances of the Global Digital Factory.
• Technical expertise : Proficient in Enterprise Java (Jakarta EE) and strong background in backend development.
• Databases : In-depth knowledge of relational DBMS (SQL RDBMS).
• DevOps and containerization : Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for managing and deploying containerized applications.
• Cloud & Integration : Familiarity with Azure Cloud environments and associated DevOps practices.
• Agile methodologies : Ability to evolve in a Scrum environment with a strong culture of continuous improvement.
• Interpersonal skills : Excellent analytical and synthesis skills and a good team player to collaborate effectively with a variety of interlocutors.
• You have a Master's degree (or equivalent) in engineering or a related field.
• You have at least 5 years' experience in backend development on web projects on a national or international scale.
• You have strong expertise in the design and development of Java applications, as well as a good knowledge of microservices architectures and containerized environments.

• Fluency in English is a must, and French is a valuable asset.
