In this key role, you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing operational processes related to the delivery of our AI chatbots. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to translate business needs into concrete and effective solutions.
Main missions:
- Optimize the delivery of next-generation AI chatbots.
- Drive the human/AI workflows of our chatbot generation factory.
- Manage offshore data tagging operations.
- Supervise and optimize internal operations.
- Automate or outsource repetitive operational tasks.
- Manage millions of conversations per month for more than 100 customers.
