    As Head of the Commerce IS Area, you will be in charge of supervising and coordinating all activities related to this area within the organization.

    You will play a key role within the business IT department, working closely with the sales function to develop the strategy in partnership with the sales department.

    Your main mission will be to ensure the proper functioning of the information systems dedicated to commerce and to guarantee their alignment with the needs of the company.

    You will report to the deputy CIO of the sector and will work in close collaboration with the group’s IT department’s competence centers. A strategic mission, at the heart of innovation and IS transformation.

    As Head of the Commerce IS Area, your missions will include:

    • Be responsible for applications and tools specific to your functional area.
    • Acquire an in-depth knowledge of business and customer processes in order to become the IS referent for the field.
    • Lead the definition and harmonization of processes based on industry best practices.
    • Manage the project portfolio, oversee the planning, execution and monitoring of IT projects related to your domain.
    • Oversee the completion of developments and configuration in collaboration with the technical teams.
    • Supervise and coordinate internal and external teams to ensure the proper conduct of projects.
    • Participate in the implementation of incident management and problem resolution procedures in accordance with the company’s overall model.
    • This strategic role will allow you to actively contribute to the optimization and digitalization of business processes while ensuring perfect coordination between the IT department and the sales function.
