Hardware Engineer / Ingénieur Mécatronique – Medtech

JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of its growth, a MedTech is looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer to strengthen its Hardware team, responsible for the development of the physical equipment integrated into the overall solution. Position based in Paris or Dole

YOUR SKILLS

In conjunction with the R&D, Production, Regulatory and Software teams, you will be responsible for:

• Design, develop and evolve physical equipment
• Develop functional prototypes to explore new ideas
• Define technical specifications and collaborate with suppliers
• Manage the pre-industrialization and industrialization phases of the devices
• Participate in the compliance of products with regulatory standards
• Write test plans, carry them out, and document the results
• Organize design reviews and demonstrate the robustness of solutions
• Collaborate with the various internal teams to ensure the quality and consistency of the development

YOUR PROFILE

• Engineering, master's or doctoral training (or equivalent) in a field related to mechatronics, electronics or product design
• Minimum 6 years of experience in hardware product design
• Very good mastery of mechanical, electronic and 3D printing design
• Comfortable working in project mode with multidisciplinary profiles
• Ability to write technical specifications and define user needs
• Autonomy, leadership, team spirit
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (minimum C1 level)

It's a plus if

• You have already worked in an industrial or MedTech environment
• You have participated in the development or manufacture of connected objects
• You are familiar with the regulatory constraints related to medical devices
