As Global Product Manager – Billing, you will be responsible for the strategy and governance of the deployment of an innovative billing solution based on the Zuora platform. Your main missions will be:
• Define the product vision : Develop and manage the global roadmap for the invoicing solution, in alignment with the commercial and financial objectives.
• Governance and standardization : Implement governance frameworks to harmonize deployments while allowing local adaptations adapted to the needs of each market.
• Execution management : Supervise the deployment of the solution in several countries by coordinating two agile squads (one dedicated to the customization of Zuora and one data engineering-oriented) and managing the product backlog.
• Stakeholder Management : Serve as the main point of contact for finance teams, global business units and IT teams to ensure that the solution meets strategic and operational needs.
• Continuous improvement : Define and track key indicators (KPIs) to measure adoption, efficiency and business impact, and adjust the solution based on feedback and market changes.
