With a 100% AWS infrastructure entirely coded in TypeScript CDK, my client is aiming for ISO 27001 certification in 2025 to accelerate its product development and its rise in security. The team is on a human scale (19 people), with a flat organization that values autonomy, transparency and trust.
You’ll be involved in the whole technical chain: AWS, CI/CD, observability, security, developer experience.
Infra as Code (CDK) and DevOps culture already in place, but much to be structured, which will enable you to have a direct impact with all teams.
Working closely with the CTO, who now manages the infrastructure, you'll be the first DevOps person .
Manage and upgrade AWS infrastructure via CDK (scalability, high availability, cost optimization).
Strengthen security: IAM hardening, secret management, WAF, CI security scans, Zero Trust policy, preparation for ISO 27001 certification.
Implement advanced SRE-type monitoring & alerting (SLI/SLO, Grafana dashboards).
Improve developer experience: reduce build times, auto-scaling GitHub runners, preview environments, test data management.
Industrialize QA: E2E pipelines, quality gates, load tests.
Be a DevOps referent, promote best practices (post-mortem blameless, chaos engineering light).

- 3+ years' experience on an AWS stack in production (ECS, RDS, IAM, VPC, etc.).
- Solid command of IaC (CDK, Terraform or equivalent) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI).
- Good knowledge of cloud security (CIS, OWASP, ISO 27001, SOC2).
- Comfortable with TypeScript/Node.js or Python for tools and scripting.
- SRE spirit: metrics, reliability, incident management.
- Pro-active, pedagogue and likes to share his knowledge.
- Bonus: experience of ISO 27001 certification or in a FinTech/regulated sector.
