    They are a dynamic team of 16 passionate individuals working collaboratively to deliver innovative DeFi solutions. As part of their team, you’ll have the chance to contribute meaningfully to product design, strategy, and cutting-edge research.

    While the role doesn’t require you to be based in Paris, occasional travel to the office is necessary. Candidates based in Asia or the US are encouraged to apply if they bring a strong network and meet language requirements.

    As a Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in expanding their presence in the DeFi ecosystem.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Outreach Leadership: Identify and engage potential DeFi partners to drive growth, leading the outbound strategy and cultivating high-value leads.
    • Opportunity Identification: Conduct in-depth research on DeFi trends to discover key partnership opportunities.
      Partnership Development: Strengthen existing relationships and explore avenues for collaboration to enhance client usage of their platform.
    • DeFi Strategy Collaboration: Work with clients to develop and optimize DeFi strategies tailored to their goals, leveraging their platform’s capabilities.
    • Process Automation: Streamline CRM processes to enhance efficiency.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Align closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to integrate feedback and refine strategies.
