In a context of strong growth, we are looking for a Lead Back-end Developer to join a tech team of 4 people.
Under the direct responsibility of the CTO and in collaboration with the product team, your main missions will be:
- The design, architecture and development of our product roadmap on the back-end side
- The implementation and maintenance of good development practices (Clean Code, Test Strategies, Clean Architecture, among others) and thus be the guarantor of the quality of the developments
- You will work on the entire software engineering value chain: cloud infrastructure, data pipeline implementations, APIs, machine learning engineering, APIs, software testing, continuous integration and deployment
- Support in the functional design phase with the Product team
- Technology watch and the search for alternatives/new solutions to constantly improve the product / customer experience (UX) / developer experience
- Improving the scalability and security of our application
