As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the technical direction and management of a team of 4 developers.
Your main missions will include (60% management/40% technical):
- Team management: Coach, motivate and develop your team members to ensure their professional growth and the achievement of objectives.
- Strategic Planning : Collaborate with stakeholders to define the technical roadmap and ensure timely project delivery.
- Technical Excellence : Oversee code reviews, promote development best practices, and ensure the quality of product code.
- Innovation : Encourage the adoption of new technologies and solutions to continuously improve products and services.
- Communication : Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure mutual understanding and effective collaboration.
